Law and minimum age
The Nevada Gaming Control Board regulates all aspects of Nevada's gaming industry.1 The Board's stated primary purpose is protecting the stability of the gaming industry.1 Nevada law (NRS 463.350) prohibits gaming for persons under 21, with an exception.2
Casinos
South Point

The Orleans
Boyd Gaming's release describes The Orleans as having more than 1,800 newly renovated guest rooms and suites, just minutes from the Strip.8 The Orleans has a 52-lane bowling alley.8 Boyd Gaming's annual report for 2025 (Form 10-K) lists The Orleans with 135,460 sq ft of casino space, 1,840 slot machines, 51 table games and 1,885 hotel rooms.9

MGM Resorts' annual report for 2025 (Form 10-K) lists Aria with 5,497 rooms and suites, about 145,000 sq ft of casino space, 1,250 slots and 127 gaming tables. The room count includes 1,495 condominium-hotel units at Vdara.3
Bellagio
